Choose the item you wish to purchase and any options in the drop down menus for size and/or colours. Add the item(s) to your basket and then got to check out where you will be able to put in all your details and see the various payment options. You will receive an order confirmation email to the address you have provided. When ordering Keepsake jewellery, the process is the same as above, but on your order confirmation email, at the bottom you will see the details of where to send or drop off your ashes or hair. When posting your ashes to hair, we would suggest using a tracked postage method.

Items up to the value of £30 are posted by Royal Mail Tracked 48 Items over the value of £30 are posted by Royal Mail Special Delivery which is next day, tracked and insured.

Bespoke and keepsake items cannot be return as these have been created especially for you, however if there is a problem with your item or its damaged in any way, then please get in touch via email to victoria@victoriajohnsonjewellery.co.uk and we can arrange to resolve any issues. Earrings unfortunately cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. All our items are QC checked before they are dispatched so please contact us in the first instance with images if there are any problems with your order.

Silver & gold jewellery can be cleaned with a polishing cloth to remove any tarnish and brighten it up. We do not recommend using cleaning solutions and dips if the jewellery has gemstones in or is one of our keepsake pieces and they may become damaged. We can offer a professional cleaning and polishing service and can also include a claw check for any stones in the jewellery. This starts at £25, please email us at victoria@victoriajohnsonjewellery.co.uk to arrange this service. Remember to remove your jewellery when swimming, or at the gym an keep it away from acetone based products, perfumes and oils as this may cause damage or tarnishing to your jewellery

Yes! We have a fully functional workshop so can undertake any repairs necessary. To arrange this send us an email to victoria@victoriajohnsonjewllery.co.uk with a short message about what needs to be done and some clear photographs of the item. From this we can determine if the repair is possible and give you a guide price. If this is acceptable then you can either post the repair or drop it in to us, and then a more accurate quote for the work will be provided.
